Rainwater of Birmingham suffered through parts and pieces breaking on three
consecutive runs, resulting in an all-day thrash. He met Bill Jewett in the
finals and came out on top with a 4.67 at 166.75 to Jewett’s 4.857 at
157.06.
Limited
Street winner Jeff Paulk ran the table as he snagged low qualifier and class
winner titles. Paulk met Jeff Cooner in the finals and took it with a 4.905

standard has he defeated hometown hero and 2007 ORSCA 5.30 number three
racer Lester Pitts in the finals. Ellis ran a 5.016 to slide inside Lester’s
5.028.

the reds with an -.006 light.

racer Josh Mackey took the 7.0 crown as he edged Calera, AL racer Rick
Pennington. Mackey ran a 6.999, a smaller breakout than Pennington’s 6.990.
